Thank you for your interest in joining the Hobart Walking Club Inc.

Before you leap into filling out and sending the application for prospective membership, please check that you have done the following -

Read, Print and Keep the Guide to Prospective Members.

The guide contains important things you need to know, especially about how to become a member, some basic advice about preparing for a walk and a few Dos and Don'ts.

Note that the Club is run by volunteers in their spare time. Please allow three to four weeks for your application to be processed.

Be sure to enclose your payment with your application, and do not send cash through the post.

If you are unsure about anything, contact the Membership Officer by a letter, or other means, and ask to discuss things.

Print and send the Application for Membership form, keeping for yourself a copy of the details.

You will receive more information, including a current schedule of walks in our publication the Circular, after you return your completed “Application for Membership” form to the Treasurer, along with the appropriate fee as specified in the application form.
