Club Night - Members and visitors are welcome at Club Night, usually held the first Friday of each month, 7.30pm, Mt Stuart Hall (cnr Byard St and Raymont Terrace, Mt Stuart).
Hear the latest Club news followed by a presentation from a member/guest speaker. Finish the night with a light supper and a chat.
No Club Night in January or October.
January Picnic/BBQ - Organised by the Social Committee for members and held at the Orana Guide Camp, Roches Beach. Some walk and cycle groups plan their activity to arrive in time for a picnic/BBQ lunch and maybe a swim! Details will be advised in the Circular.
Mid Winter Event – Organised by the Social Committee for members to relax, enjoy a walk or two and the company of fellow members. Details will be advised in the Circular.
Annual Dinner – A chance to relax and enjoy the company of fellow members while recognising significant milestones reached during the year. The dinner is held in November/December. Details will be advised in the Circular.
Presidents Walk – Join the President for a walk on Mt Wellington in November or December each year. Details will be advised in the Circular.
Volunteer Thank You Function – The 50+ volunteers who organise the Club and its activities are recognised at the annual Thank You function in September each year. Attendance is by invite only.
The Tasmanian Tramp Launch – The Tasmanian Tramp, a biennial publication, is launched at the Volunteer Thank You function. Contributors and volunteer editors are recognised at this function. Attendance is by invite only.
